Acres & Acquisitions LLC is a real estate investment company. We buy houses and land from owners who want a simple, certain sale, and we work with investors who renovate, rebuild and rent them out.
How we make money
We agree a price with you. Then we either buy the property ourselves, or assign our contract to an investor who pays more for it. The difference is our fee.
That fee appears on your offer sheet. It pays for finding the right buyer, managing the sale and standing behind our promises to you.
