Who we are

We are a real estate investment company. We are not licensed real estate agents or brokers, and we do not represent buyers or sellers. Nothing on this website creates an agency, brokerage or advisory relationship. You are welcome to have an attorney or agent of your choice review any agreement before you sign it.

No offer until it’s in writing

Figures on this website, including the example offer and the comparison with listing, are illustrations of how we calculate offers. They are not offers, appraisals or advice. An offer exists only when we send it to you in writing, and an agreement exists only when both parties sign a purchase agreement.

Assignment

When we contract to buy a property, we may buy it ourselves or assign our contract to another buyer for a fee. We disclose this to owners in writing before any purchase agreement is signed.
